One Minute To Calm Stress Reduction Presentation

One or Two hour workshop facilitated by two experts in this field who are committed to easing the journeys for others. Not too long ago, we were in your ‘stressed-out’ shoes. We get it…

David was a patient of a life-threatening illness and Tamara was his caregiver. It was so tempting to curl up into a ball and hope it would all go away. We knew that wasn’t an option, so instead, we used the very techniques that we’ll be sharing with you in the workshop, which are quick, easy, and highly effective self-care tools.

Here's what to expect at the 'One Minute to Calm' workshop:
Expect your mind to be engaged, tuned in, present, and calm.
Expect your body to feel more ease, refreshed, revitalized, and energized.
Expect your soul to experience peace, tranquility, and joy.

Testimonials (1)
  • Tamara and David were excellent and I can not recommend them enough!! Our employees seemed to be very stressed over the last year with the pandemic and dealing with their share of difficult customers. Tamara and David put together a video for our customer service representatives explaining the easy and simple way that they can destress during their work day. The next week they even hosted a live zoom meditation with all of our employees. They go above and beyond and our wonderful people to work with!
