As a financial executive and business strategist I built and managed team creating environments with the goal of optimizing the potential of people around me.
I was also the mother of 3 very active teenagers and the strategic thinking, planning and coordinating necessary to manage this rivaled any strategy I developed in the corporate world. I found my skill set was transferable because the same principles applied. I needed to optimize the people I was managing.
Optimizing people potential is pretty standardized across all elements of life whether you are a leader in business, a family, a community, a church, or a sports team. If you manage a big team of people or you are just trying to manage your own life, the same principles apply. The potential of each person needs to be optimized for them to fully contribute to anything.
To do this people need to develop themselves in four fundamental areas body, mindset, emotions and purpose. By balancing themselves the body becomes energized, the mind clears, the emotional roller coaster stops and when they tap into their purpose, passion ignites and fuels everything they do and every relationship they have.
This is the foundation for my Balanced Momentum Program. It begins by helping people understand and engage the power of their Chakra System. Next we call on industry leaders in a multitude of modalities to expose them to numerous options at their disposal for generating balance and momentum in their lives.
